Lathrop Station is a multi-phased 750,000 square foot retail project anchored by Target and located adjacent to Interstate 5 in the city of Lathrop, California. Lathrop Station was structured as a joint venture between Genton Cockrum Partners and the landowner. Phase I was completed in 2007. The $60 million project was acquired, entitled, and constructed. The project is currently managed and owned by Watt Properties.
